Posted this on YouTube today.. The other day I tried out some of the newer videos on the SixPackShortcuts channel. I thought they were pretty good, I especially love the leg and core one, I think I'll throw that into the mix once in a while too in order to keep my body challenged. And I really needed some leg exercises besides just riding the bike or walking during the week so I'm glad Mike put out a video for leg exercises too. The leg workout was kinda tough, maybe because I hadn't been intentionally exercising them like this so much. But it was great. I love these exercises.

Have you seen the Crossfit workout before. I started doing it about a year ago and I really like it because it's fun, challenging, and there's a large variety of exercises to choose from. Their website even has an in depth description of each workout and what it provides. We are doing these workouts at my Captain's course here in Oklahoma and It works well. I lost some weight last month and I'm going for another shot this coming month.
