So the following is a list of the exercising I did last night:
- the usual stretching (old school gym class stretches)
- 30 push-ups from end of bed (about 2 feet off the ground) -as you can tell, I'm in the pretty wimpy stages of course, I'm really only able to do maybe 5 normal push-ups
- 20 push-ups from table (maybe a little more than 3 feet off the ground)
- Crunches - 30 traditonal, 50 water paddle (G.I. Jane) style, 60 staircase style, 30 traditional w/laced hands before dinner and then 30 more of the same after dinner.
- 1 round of biceps w/bag 30 each arm
- 3 rounds of biceps w/radio 20 each arm
- 1 round of triceps 20 out from side 1o towards the back for each arm, then 1 round of 15 from the side for each arm
- 20 actual sit-ups
- exercise bike for 15 minutes on an average of about 50 rpm. The machine says more than "30 calories" were burned, supposedly.
Following the food note, this is my list of food that I ate yesterday:
- half a bagel with one egg (breakfast)
- 1 clementine (breakfast)
- 1 apple (breakfast)
- 1 full carrot
- 4 dried apricots. My family calls the dried apricots "ears". Originally it was my Aunt Ginny who thought they looked like ears for some reason, haha, and it just sorta stuck. And the nickname is unfortunately easier to remember than 'apricots' for another unknown reason.
- half a bagel with butter. Snack. I was getting real hungry around 4. And I'm pretty much addicted to starch and NY style bagels are my vice, so it's really hard for me to avoid eating one so that is why I've been at least trying to cut my portions in half.
- small cup of gold fish (part of my snack, another starch item that I'm quite addicted to)
- 1 burrito: refried (canned) beans with tofu and avocados for dinner
- 1 banana (right before getting on bike)
